Our key partners
The private sale allocation comprises 6.2% of the total token supply (including a 0.2% supplemental allocation from reserves designated for strategic partnership with Binance) and shall be distributed exclusively to qualified strategic investors demonstrating value-additive capabilities and long-term interest alignment with the project objectives.
The vesting schedule establishes an initial unlock of 12.5% of private sale tokens concurrent with the LOKA public sale, with the remaining allocation subject to quarterly unlocks distributed across seven (7) sequential milestones extending over a twenty-four (24) month period. Selection criteria for strategic partners has been implemented with rigorous adherence to prudential standards concerning partner reputation, demonstrated investment behavior, and historical abstention from market manipulation practices to mitigate risks of unethical market activities.
We have tried to be prudent and judicious in the process to decide who to work with as partners. We believe they are who will not only add long-term value to the project but are also unlikely to be involved in unethical dumping or market manipulation (Based on their track record, reputation, and investment thesis)

FUND USAGES
The private & public sale proceeds will be used toward game/infrastructure, marketing/and partnership development.
The ratio will be approximately 70% for technology (Game & Infrastructure), 30% for Marketing/Community/Partnership. The ratio is subject to changes, but the focus areas are likely to remain the same.
Technology: Blockchain/Web3, Game client, Game server, Game design, 3D, VR, AR, FX, and UX/UI, and development of game publishing technology using blockchain
Marketing/Partnership: Hiring Community managers, Performance marketers, Regional business development and partnership managers, Planning and executing community marketing campaigns, Developing partnerships with ecosystem partners (i.e. P2E guilds)
